Context and Overview

The Energy Performance Contracting of Buildings course provides a comprehensive introduction to energy performance contracting (EPC), a service agreement between an energy service provider and a client, aimed at improving energy efficiency with guaranteed energy savings. Participants will learn the fundamentals of EPC, focusing on the structure and implementation of these contracts in building projects. The course covers the essential elements of successful energy performance contracts, including streamlined service delivery, comprehensive energy-saving measures, financial structuring, and guaranteed savings outcomes.
